Is there a Tutorial / How to?

Hi there. I just downloaded the program and I have no idea how to make this work. I dragged my .png file in...select cube, as this is what this texture will be applied on anyway. Ok!..I need a normal map to be created for this .png file..how do I do this? Thank you.
