Error Installing ShaderMap 4
I have just download the latest version of shadermap 4 from the website. After click on next and installed. When click on desktop shortcut to open it gives and Error
The program cant start because d3dx9_42.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
And the program does not start. I have uninstall 4-5 times and installed same issue. Just seen video on youtube so still im experimenting i have not yet buy. So how can i solve this issue and start using at least trail version.

You should download and run the official DirectX9 installer. http://shadermap.com/_directx/directx_aug2009_redist.exe
This will install the missing libraries on to your system.

Having DX11 on your system does not mean you have DX9. They operate next to each other. You need to install the full DirectX 9 runtime http://shadermap.com/_directx/directx_aug2009_redist.exe
It will not overwrite your DX11 and will only include the missing components to your system.
