I'm also using pixplant to create specular maps, because in shadermap 4, the specular map created is totally blown out, almost completely white regardless of texture used.
Look at a photo from hdrihaven, like this one: https://texturehaven.com/tex/?c=rocks&t=rock_06. Download the specular map from there. How can I create that with shadermap 4? Doesn't seem to be a way to do that.
Is shadermap 4 poor at creating specular maps or should I expect to have to use photoshop to touch them up after creating them in shadermap?
Can someone offer some help?
