V Brush Offset
There seems to be a slight offset for the V Brush. The area being painted is slightly off from the brush indicator. I think it's only a problem if you are trying to paint some very fine details.
Opacity: 100
Hardness: 100
Size: 4
Circle Brush
Change your Vector color to something obviously different and do a single click on the map.
The painted pixels will shift around depending upon where you click on the map. I suspect it has to do with the brush being partially over pixels.
Personally I'd prefer that only pixels under the brush indicator would be changed so that I know where I'm going to paint.
BTW: If you lower the hardness setting you can get some interesting effects. You can have two hard sides and two soft sides. (This is still with the circle brush)
